Built for how my mind works.

Why I'm building AT0 — a private AI that runs my whole life, and remembers everything.

I'm dyslexic. For most of my life, how computers expect you to work and how my brain actually works were two different things. AT0 is me closing that gap — and building the AI I always wanted in the process.

The problem with cloud AI

Every cloud assistant shares the same three problems: it forgets you every session, it runs on someone else's servers, and your life becomes their data. Fine for trivia. Not for your life.

Built for how my mind works

The part most tools miss: good AI isn't just the model — it's the interface to your thinking. As a dyslexic builder, I work best with structure over walls of text, choices over paragraphs, and facts kept separate from assumptions and risks. Once I shaped AI around how my mind actually works, prompting stopped being a workaround and became an unlock.

AT0 is built on that idea: AI should meet your mind where it already is — not the other way around.

What makes AT0 different

Private by design. Runs on my own hardware. Nothing sold, shared, or sent to the cloud.
Memory that never resets. Continuity across every conversation and every domain.
Autonomy you control. It acts on my behalf — only inside guardrails I can see.

One beacon, your whole life

AT0 isn't a chatbot — it's a system. One beacon at the center, with modules for the real domains of life: Family, Financial, Medical, a code pipeline (Forge + Smithy), fabrication (Crucible), and a persona (Spark).

I'm building this in public

AT0 is a work in progress, and I'm sharing the journey — the wins, the architecture calls, the dead ends. If you care about private AI, self-hosting, or tools built for neurodivergent minds, follow along.
